Developmental Disability Supports
Support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and for the families and coordinators who help arrange it. Each service below is built around the person’s own goals, abilities and choices, in the least restrictive setting that meets their needs.

Community Residential Support Services
At Mbzr Chen, our Residential Care Services provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing living environment for individuals who require ongoing assistance with daily activities, health management, and personal care. We are committed to promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being through personalized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each resident.
Our services also include specialized support for individuals living with physical, developmental, or intellectual disabilities. Day Enrichment Services
At Mbzr Chen, our Day Enrichment Services are designed to provide individuals with meaningful opportunities for personal growth, social interaction, and skill development in a supportive and engaging environment. Through structured activities and individualized programs, we help participants build confidence, enhance independence, and develop the practical skills needed to navigate daily life successfully.
Our services promote community involvement, lifelong learning, and social inclusion for individuals of varying abilities, including those with developmental, intellectual, or physical disabilities. Caregiver Relief Services
At Mbzr Chen, our Caregiver Relief Services provide temporary, dependable care solutions that allow family caregivers and primary support providers to take time for rest, personal commitments, or other responsibilities with confidence. Our trained professionals ensure continuity of care by delivering compassionate assistance tailored to the individual's needs, promoting comfort, safety, and well-being while giving caregivers the opportunity to recharge and maintain their own health and quality of life.
Community Empowerment and Development Services
At Mbzr Chen, our Community Empowerment Services are designed to strengthen individuals, families, and communities by providing access to resources, support programs, and opportunities that promote sustainable growth and social well-being. We work collaboratively with community stakeholders to identify needs, develop effective solutions, and foster environments where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential.
Through advocacy, education, skills development, outreach initiatives, and social support programs, we help build stronger, more inclusive communities. Day Programs and Therapy Sessions
Whether in-house established, or fee-metered access to services of other licensed and regulated providers, we work within your decided schedule of goals to support your acquisition of new skills, exercise of already acquired skills, and participation in therapeutic sessions that serve your chosen and signed-on objectives.
As a general rule, this shall be within the borders of licensing, regulations, and safety, and towards the attainment of your decided personal healthcare goals.
Nursing Support
Professional nursing support that provides access to clinical care and personalised health management. Our nursing team are licensed RNs and LPNs. Services include health assessments, medication administration and management, wound care, post-operative support, chronic disease monitoring, rehabilitation assistance and ongoing health supervision — delivered in the setting you identify as home.
In-Community Nursing Support
In this model of care, you are in charge of the decision-making process. The agreed service is executed within the limits of licensing, regulations, and safety. We bring professional nursing support to you where you identify as personal community.
We work with you to identify your personal and communal abilities. We listen to you to acknowledge what you identify as your currently presenting disabilities. We listen to you to acknowledge your verbalized active personal, social, communal, and institutional support mechanisms.
Within the borders of licensing, regulations, and safety, and towards the attainment of your decided personal healthcare goals, we work with you to establish feasible professional schedule of licensed and regulated direct nursing support services, and regulated delegable services. We work for clients across the lifespan. We work with obtainable healthcare service team and resources.
Residential Nursing Support
In this model of care, you are fully in charge of the decision-making process. The agreed service is executed within the limits of licensing, regulations, and safety. We bring professional nursing support to you within the least restrictive environment of care that is designed with your personal needs and goals in mind, and where you can identify as personal community.
