At the core of our service offering is professional nursing support that is skilled and dynamically informed by researched evidence-based best practice that works with the team of healthcare providers to generate the best possible outcome for the client that we serve with compassion and respect.
When we employ licensed nurses to offer services under our umbrella, we retrain them to identify with the competencies that define us as a corporation.
When we legitimately delegate services, we ensure, through onboarding training and in-service training, that our delegates coherently identify with the competencies that define us as a corporation.

Nursing
- Registered Nurse — Psychiatric and Behavioral Health:Assess, plan and deliver nursing care for people with mental health and behavioural support needs. Contribute to care planning, medication management and positive behaviour support, work alongside the wider team, and keep accurate clinical records. Current RN licensure required.
- Registered Nurse — Wound Care:Assess and manage acute and chronic wounds, carry out dressing regimes, monitor healing and infection risk, and educate the person and their family on care between visits. Liaise with treating clinicians on the plan of care. Current RN licensure required.
- Registered Nurse — Medical Surgical:Deliver general medical-surgical nursing: assessment, medication administration, post-operative support, chronic condition monitoring and coordination with the wider healthcare team. Current RN licensure required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant:Support activities of daily living — bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, toileting and meals — take and record observations, and report any change in condition to the supervising nurse. Current CNA certification required.
- Certified Medication Technician:Administer and document medication under nurse delegation and supervision, observe for side effects and errors, and maintain accurate medication records. Current CMT certification required.
Care Delivery and Supervision
- Supervisor of Services:Oversee day-to-day delivery across a service area, supervise and coach staff, monitor quality, safety and record-keeping, and act as the escalation point for the people we support and their families.
- House Manager:Run a residential setting day to day — staffing rotas, household routines, health and safety, records and budgets — and make sure each resident’s plan is delivered as agreed.
- Direct Support Personnel / Caregiver Personnel:Provide hands-on daily support: personal care, help around the home, community participation, skill building and companionship. Follow each person’s plan and record the support delivered. Experience welcome; training provided.
Business and Administration
- Human Resources Manager:Lead recruitment, onboarding, credentialing and personnel records. Advise managers on employee relations, maintain policies and training compliance, and keep employment practice consistent and lawful.
- Accountant:Maintain the books, payroll, billing and reconciliations. Prepare management and statutory reporting, and support budgeting, cash flow and audit.
Green Energy Program Development Specialists
- Electricity Generation:Develop and deliver renewable electricity generation projects from feasibility and design through to commissioning and operation.
- Energy Efficient Civil and Structural Engineering:Design and oversee energy-efficient buildings and structures, from concept through construction supervision.
- Integrated Agriculture:Develop integrated organic agriculture at research and enterprise scale, including systems that harness water, solar and agricultural by-products.
